Strawberry Preserves

We use whole red juicy strawberries for this preserve. The result is a slightly softer set preserve with big chunks of strawberries. Delicious right out of the jar; it's also great mixed with cream cheese and marshmallow for an easy Marshmallow Fruit Dip or to make our Strawberry Fluff for dipping your favorite fruits, chocolates, or angel food cake in.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 pint jar Kitchen Kettle Zesty Salsa*
• 1/2 pint jar Kitchen Kettle Strawberry Preserves

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix ingredients together and serve with Kitchen Kettle Tortilla Chips.

*Can also substitute with Kitchen Kettle Mild, Corn or Black Bean Salsa.
